Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas within the community, including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators, and restrooms.
- Present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests.
- Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
- Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
- Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with the company for at least a year.
