About the Role
BlueStone Properties Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Cleaner for its Oakland Avenue location in East London, ON. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas within the buildings.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and wash floors
- Wash doors and windows in common areas
- Wash elevator doors and tracks
- Clean chute rooms and covers
- Bag and empty garbage and recycling
- Wipe door knobs, lights, sconces, baseboards, exercise equipment, and extinguisher cabinets
- Assist with snow removal and salt application as required
- Ensure supply room and mail area is clean and organized
Requirements
- 1-2 years of related cleaning experience, preferably in residential buildings
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Courteous manners with the public
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work independently of direct supervision
- Criminal background check required
