About the Role
ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies seeking energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. Previous car wash experience is not required as comprehensive training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and guest service to every customer.
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand wash services and membership options.
- Recommend products and services based on guest needs.
- Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel.
- Work in various areas including pay station, tunnel, and vacuum area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient location operation.
- Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Requirements
