About the Role
At BRL Risk Consulting, you will gain the professionalism and client diversity of large consulting firms, combined with a family-like culture, flat hierarchies, and direct collaboration with experienced colleagues. From the start, you will work on real projects for national and international clients, taking on increasing responsibility step by step.
Responsibilities
- Learn on the job by working with experienced RAS colleagues on consulting and auditing projects, building expertise in practice.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and further development of risk management, internal control, compliance, and auditing systems.
- Analyze business processes, risks, and controls, and develop pragmatic solutions for client governance structures.
- Participate in internal audit projects, including interviews, document analysis, process and control evaluation, and follow-up on actions.
- Prepare and conduct interviews and workshops with project teams, collaborating directly with client departments and management.
- Create audit and project documentation, contribute to reports and management presentations, and support project management.
- Contribute ideas to continuously develop consulting approaches, methods, and services.
Requirements
- Successfully completed or are about to complete studies in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.
- Interest in topics such as risk management, internal audit, compliance, corporate governance, controlling, or accounting; initial exposure is welcome but not required.
- Are a university graduate or have approximately one to two years of initial professional experience, e.g., in consulting, auditing, or an industrial/service company.
- Possess analytical thinking and structured work habits, with a desire to quickly learn about new companies, processes, and issues.
- Willing to take on responsibility early, enjoy teamwork, and are comfortable contributing own ideas and communicating directly with clients.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Open to accompanying clients on-site domestically and internationally as needed.
