About the Role
This role involves completing mobile work orders, interacting with customers, managing business reporting, identifying revenue opportunities, processing parts, and performing installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks for various equipment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders, including capturing labor and travel time stamps, equipment details, parts used, fees, expenses, work performed, root cause identification, electronic file submission, and customer signature.
- Responsive interaction with customers providing the highest level of service.
- Timely and complete satisfaction of all business reporting documentation, including timesheets, repair orders, machine checklists, receiving records, expense reports, and repair order logs.
- Recognizing and securing additional revenue opportunities such as new or lost customers, PM service agreements, refurb equipment, short-term rental, spare parts, and other equipment on site.
- Daily processing of Parts Received at the tech location, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience, troubleshooting corded electric, battery, and/or combustion engine-powered equipment.
- Strong electro-mechanical skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary/Compensations
- $30.00-$34.00 DOE including bonus opportunity under the Karcher Incentive Program.
