About the Role
The Partner Performance & Analytics Lead owns the data, measurement, and performance insight infrastructure for the Activation Factory. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights for VP and senior leadership, and has the technical capability to both pull and manage the data infrastructure as well as interpret and communicate what it means.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the partner performance measurement framework, including partner health scoring, program KPIs, pipeline contribution, tier attainment, compliance rates, and partner NPS.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into partner and program performance.
- Design the leading and lagging indicator framework to anticipate partner attrition, disengagement, and performance gaps.
- Own the partner analytics data infrastructure, defining data sources, ensuring data quality, and building pipelines for performance reporting.
- Manage relationships with GTM Ops and IT on data architecture and tooling, ensuring partner data integration across PRM, CRM, and financial systems.
- Build and maintain the single source of truth for partner performance data, resolving data fragmentation.
- Synthesize partner performance data into strategic insights to drive program design decisions, investment prioritization, and partner segmentation.
- Build the analytical case for partner program investment, including ROI modeling, cost of program analysis, and bookings attribution.
- Support the Channel IQ scorecard and other executive-level reporting requirements with reliable partner data.
- Ensure partner performance intelligence informs the Build and Sales factories about which partner archetypes, plays, and solutions generate commercial return.
- Work with Partner Programs and Experience teams to translate performance data into program design improvements.
- Build feedback mechanisms for partner NPS and satisfaction data to drive operational and program changes in near real time.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business analytics, revenue operations, partner analytics, or commercial performance management in enterprise technology or SaaS.
- Proven ability to manage data infrastructure (pulling, cleaning, and maintaining data) and produce strategic insights from that data.
