About the Role
Marsh Re is seeking individuals with reinsurance contract drafting experience to join our expanding North American Contracts Team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with the option for remote work for candidates with significant reinsurance experience. Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of a reinsurance contract, including drafting language, initiating transmittal, and coordinating execution of final documentation.
- Build relationships with reinsurance brokers and clients, addressing contract-related inquiries.
- Provide reinsurance contract analysis, independently or collaboratively, utilizing AI-assisted tools.
- Support team development by mentoring new colleagues through the Contract Drafter Academy.
- Lead or collaborate on projects, including creating training materials and developing workflow tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of reinsurance experience.
- Bachelor's degree or experience in a relevant field.
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
