About the Role

As a senior leader on the Data Center GPU Strategic Marketing/Business Development team, you will lead the largest and most strategic high-performance computing (HPC) and AI business deals. You will study requirements, create deal strategies, and drive OEM engagements to win with AMD. This highly visible role involves interacting with world-leading data centers focused on high-performance computing and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

Engage with largest and most strategic customers in Japan to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs and help to define and deliver the solutions that meet those needs
Assist the customer and our OEM partners through the qualification, sales and delivery phase
Be a trusted advisor for largest HPC sites and AMD ambassador for the broader HPC community. Assisting customers in building creative solutions based on AMD technologies
Provide customer requirements to AMD engineering teams in order to foster product and platform improvements
Be an industry leader with a vision for integrating AMD technologies into HPC and AI system architectures

Requirements

Exceptional technical & business knowledge and familiarity with Japan's HPC community
Insatiable drive to win
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Experience with HPC & AI hardware, software and systems
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication and relationship building skills during customer engagements
Work closely with the entire GPU business unit team, including product management, hardware and software development, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful outcomes with our customers and partners
