About the Role

Nourish is hiring multiple leaders for its Growth Strategy team to scale the company's fastest-growing patient acquisition channel. This role involves owning strategy and operations for a critical part of the channel, setting targets, designing roadmaps, and developing scalable systems. It requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the opportunity to shape how Nourish's growth engines operate during company scaling. The position is pivotal for scaling a category-defining company.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals and define success by establishing clear metrics and ambitious targets.
  • Build a strong understanding of performance drivers and ensure consistent progress measurement.
  • Diagnose opportunities and constraints to develop a clear point of view on how to address them.
  • Decide where the organization should invest and what to deprioritize to achieve goals.
  • Translate the roadmap into a focused set of initiatives with clear priorities, owners, success metrics, and resource requirements.
  • Design processes, tools, and decision-making cadences to help cross-functional teams identify performance gaps and turn insights into action.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams remain accountable for results.
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team, depending on the specific role.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience, including strategy work (e.g., management consulting, finance, business operations) and direct start-up experience.
  • Experience and excitement about building and leading a team is a plus.
  • Ability to think using first principles to tackle ambiguous problems, identify key outcomes, break them into drivers, and design practical paths forward.
  • Highly analytical with comfort using imperfect data to identify performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and measure strategy effectiveness.
  • Exceptional operator capable of setting direction and managing details for execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple workstreams and details simultaneously.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills to create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
