We are hiring Sales Associates to join our Education & Membership Sales team. This role focuses on selling professional certifications, memberships, and online learning solutions in global markets, managing the end-to-end sales cycle and engaging senior decision-makers at leading tech companies. This position offers opportunities for career progression into more senior sales or specialist commercial roles.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, leads qualification, pipeline management, and deal closing.
  • Engage with professionals at fast-growing and enterprise tech companies to understand their challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to close and handover.
  • Develop a strong understanding of core certifications, tiered memberships, and the broader education ecosystem for cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, community, and customer success teams, sharing insights and seeking support when needed.

Salary/Compensations

  • £26,500 - £28,000 (Base Salary)
  • Estimated £35,000 (Year 1 OTE, uncapped)
