About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests attentively upon arrival.
- Create a welcoming environment and personalize guest interactions.
- Accommodate guest requests whenever possible.
- Guide guests to their tables with menus.
- Manage the floor plan, reservations, and ensure timely seating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area, including stocking menus.
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the menu and restaurant.
- Observe the dining experience to ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
