About the Role

Maple is seeking a Product Manager to enhance the patient experience on its on-demand healthcare platform. This role focuses on improving how patients find, access, and navigate care, with a unique opportunity to shape millions of Canadians' healthcare journey. The Product Manager will lead product development from discovery to launch, leveraging patient research, data, and feedback to create impactful experiences. A hands-on approach to AI for prototyping, testing, and shipping is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day product work and outcomes for a defined area of Maple’s patient access journey.
Develop a strong understanding of patient struggles in accessing care through research, data, and feedback.
Lead features and initiatives from problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
Utilize AI and prototyping tools to make ideas tangible and accelerate development.
Partner with engineering and design to create simple, intuitive patient experiences.
Translate patient needs and constraints into clear product direction and trade-offs.
Identify and validate opportunities for AI to improve care navigation and access.
Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly to keep teams aligned.

Requirements

2+ years of product management experience in a software environment, or equivalent hands-on experience building and launching AI-enabled digital products.
Track record of taking a user problem or product idea from discovery/prototype through launch and iteration.
Comfort using AI and prototyping tools directly.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and product judgment skills.
Ability to use data, research, and customer insight for product decisions and value measurement.
Experience working closely with engineering and design.
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort working through ambiguity and complex workflows.
Collaborative, resilient, and low-ego approach.
Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is a bonus.
Experience with consumer products, marketplaces, care navigation, complex platforms or integrations, or building AI products with real users is a bonus.
