About the Role

This position reports directly to the Manager - Walmart CPFR & Replenishment Analytics and requires after-hours/weekend on-call work on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain replenishment purchase orders for Wal-Mart, managing orders from EDI to delivery.
• Act as the customer's advocate for order fulfillment and delivery, monitoring lead times, fill rates, and on-time delivery.
• Address deviations concerning customer purchase orders or service requests with relevant internal departments and external partners.
• Verify input documents, EDI transmissions, and accurately input sales order information into the sales order management system.
• Communicate and execute established ship and delivery schedules.
• Inform sales and Hormel CPFRs of any product shortages not identified through 'Product Allocation'.
• Collaborate on the disposition of product overage or refused product.
• Monitor customer orders against established guidelines and manage orders that do not meet product lead-time requirements by adjusting Wal-Mart lead time review day schedules.

Requirements

• Customer Service experience.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
• Demonstrated ability to execute detailed work independently and accurately.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel.
• Broad knowledge of customer base (e.g., Costco, Target, AWG).
• Advanced knowledge of ORACLE and processes.
• Experience on Mainframe Order Processing, TSO, or AS400.
