About the Role
Bei Arvana bauen wir die erste AI-native Go-To-Market Firma in DACH. Seit 2024 sind wir auf über €5M ARR und 30+ Leute im Team gewachsen mit über 200 B2B-Tech-Unternehmen wie FreeNow, Swisscom, SmapOne, Telli und Ivy als Kunden. Unser Team arbeitet täglich mit Arvana OS, unserer eigenen Software, die Kunden, Kampagnen, Reporting und Abrechnung verwaltet. Wir entwickeln auch lokale KI-Agenten auf eigener Hardware. Als Software Engineer bei Arvana entwickelst du beides weiter.
Responsibilities
- Develop Arvana OS further with Next.js for the frontend, Python for the backend, and Postgres as the database.
- Build features end-to-end, not just one layer.
- Model our data model in Supabase and Snowflake.
- Integrate external tools like Smartlead, HeyReach, or Pipedrive into our system.
- Build local AI agents and operate them on our own infrastructure.
- Work daily with Claude Code.
- Write tests and ensure clear error messages.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Software Developer.
- Experience building products that real users use daily.
- Initial experience with TypeScript, Python, and React/Next.js.
- Deep understanding of databases; SQL is a tool, not an aid.
- Productively use AI tools and know when to verify.
- Work independently and make decisions.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
