About the Role

As a (Senior) Manager / SAP S/4HANA Data Migration, you will develop customized solutions for migrating ERP systems to S4/HANA On-Premise and Cloud, contributing to modern customer infrastructures. You will be instrumental in designing harmonization, consolidation, and migration strategies for master data management, specifically master data migration and maintenance processes. You will also take on leadership roles in planning and managing agile projects, providing technical guidance to project staff, and advancing expertise in data migration methods and technologies. Additionally, you will be involved in project acquisition and proposal creation within the SAP environment, leveraging your experience in leading complex transformation projects at the intersection of business and IT.

Responsibilities

Lead the design of harmonization, consolidation, and migration for master data management, focusing on master data migration and maintenance processes.
Assume leadership responsibilities for planning and steering agile projects through various phases.
Provide technical leadership and development for project team members.
Drive expertise in data migration and continuously develop knowledge of current data migration methods and technologies.
Acquire projects and independently create proposals in the SAP environment.
Lead and manage complex transformation projects at the interface between business and IT.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Master Data Migration within a consulting-oriented function, preferably in SAP project environments.
Experience in leading and organizing heterogeneous and international project teams.
Knowledge of SAP system landscape and solutions with a focus on Logistics, Sales, and/or Finance and Accounting.
Experience in designing master data processes.
Extensive experience in data harmonization and consolidation, ideally using relevant tools.
Strong knowledge of the NetWeaver platform and Enterprise Service Architecture.
Experience in integration with Exchange Infrastructure / Process Integration is desirable.
Ability to utilize AI as a strategic enabler for transformations, identify value creation and service potentials, and guide clients in implementing future-oriented AI solutions.
