About the Role
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about this mission and want to contribute to a company that prioritizes speed, scale, and innovation in the AI frontier.
Responsibilities
- Support financing execution across high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and equipment and project finance facilities.
- Manage diligence, track lender and counsel workstreams, and coordinate documentation through close.
- Build, maintain, and audit transaction models for debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, restricted payment mechanics, levered and unlevered returns, and multi-scenario sensitivities.
- Own model accuracy and flag issues to senior team members.
- Review and model credit support (guarantees, credit wraps, off-take agreements, investment-grade backstops).
- Analyze warrant agreements and equity co-invest structures.
- Evaluate capital structures across HoldCo/OpCo/PropCo, cross-collateralization, cross-default, and intercreditor arrangements.
- Support external counsel, financial advisors, and counterparty working groups.
- Track open legal and commercial issues and move resolutions forward on deal timelines.
- Support investor and lender materials, including investment memos, lender presentations, bond offering documents, and approval packages.
- Partner with development, power, site selection, legal, and technology teams to gather inputs and communicate financing impacts on project outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, or a related capital markets role at a bank, credit fund, or infrastructure sponsor.
- Exposure to deal execution, including diligence, documentation, and lender and advisor coordination.
- Ability to build, maintain, and audit transaction models for multi-tranche capital structures with guidance from senior team members.
- Clear writing skills for drafting organized memos, summaries, and deal-tracking materials.
