About the Role
As Head of Housekeeping, you will be responsible for the housekeeping of all our locations. Your tasks will include adapting products to market developments, focusing on our goal of Mission Zero CO² Food Print, and finding and realizing new projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all products in the cleaning area
- Support for the department's training team
- Adaptation of products to market development
- Focus on our goal Mission Zero CO² Food Print
- Responsible for finding and realizing new projects
- Onboarding of new housekeeping companies
- Support for training in the HK area
- Analysis and optimization of processes
- Contact person for the teams for various topics in the HK area
- Checking the implementation of our standards
- Creation and maintenance of training materials in the area of responsibility
- Accompanying new openings / takeovers
Requirements
- Several years of experience in housekeeping and/or building cleaning
- Preferably experience as a team lead or manager
- Willingness to travel
