About the Role
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role supports diverse families and ensures accessible, high-quality care within the home and community.
Responsibilities
- Provide program supervision
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct family treatment sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors
- Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
- Stay informed on ethical standards and latest advancements in ABA practices
Requirements
- Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a home setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
