About the Role
We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android using Flutter. You will be involved in architectural decisions, setting coding standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance developer productivity and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of our high-quality mobile application for iOS and Android with Flutter
- Participation in architectural decisions and definition of coding standards for the team
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, Designers, Testers, and other teams (Backend and Web) in a cross-stack environment
- Introduction of new technologies, tools, or processes to increase developer productivity and product quality
- Resolution of performance and stability issues across the entire stack
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of programming experience, with at least 1 year in app development
- Expert knowledge in Dart and Flutter
- Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with Unit and Golden tests
- Solid understanding of performance optimization and profiling
- Strong ownership, initiative, and leadership skills
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
