About the Role

The Solution Advisor (SA) is a client-facing role within the Integrated and Global Solutions business, serving as an expert advisor to position, sell, and lead opportunities across Health, Wealth, and Career (HWC) integrated and global solutions. This role involves defining and solving complex client issues and requires strong internal collaboration with Relationship Managers, HWC business sellers, and IGS leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales goals of USD 4.0M in new business.
  • Build a pipeline for integrated and/or global solutions, supporting go-to-market strategy.
  • Generate new business and revenue across HWC lines, focusing on integrated solutions.
  • Participate in client account planning sessions to identify high-probability opportunities.
  • Lead sales opportunities by pitching the value of global and/or integrated solutions and supporting proposal drafting.
  • Regularly check in with clients post-project delivery to identify new needs and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve an annual billable hour goal of 200.
  • Engage multinational clients to understand needs and develop human capital strategies using integrated/global solutions.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to delivery teams, consolidating recommendations from various businesses.
  • Offer insights on client needs and propose solution enhancements to Solution Leaders.
  • Identify new needs and sales opportunities within assigned client teams.
  • Increase the number of businesses and/or geographies across the portfolio.
  • Support IGS Leaders in developing go-to-market strategies for integrated/global solutions.
  • Mentor and develop future talent, particularly next-generation SAs.
  • Maintain expertise on IGS & HWC capabilities and emerging client issues.

Requirements

  • Strong demonstrated track record of selling complex human capital solutions across multiple buyer hubs.
  • Expertise in building relationships with senior stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
  • Ability to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend HWC solutions, and articulate practical solutions to senior buyers.
  • Agile in integrated and global solutions including total rewards, global benefits, and M&A.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills to navigate complex organizations and attract partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across diverse teams and with colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in facilitating, coaching, and mentoring teams to drive alignment and find creative solutions.
  • Success in converting strategy through to implementation and ongoing governance.
  • Executive presence with polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility with regard to travel.
  • Consideration for employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records (San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance).

Salary/Compensations

  • $180,000 - $280,000 USD
  • Eligible for an annual short term incentive bonus
