About the Role
The Process Center Agent performs duties such as receiving and processing stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and managing inventory. This role is suitable for individuals new to the workforce or with limited experience and education.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up supplies for cleaning teams, including blankets, pillows, headrests, lavatory supplies, and safety cards/literature.
- Track and organize incoming shipments of supplies.
- Maintain a clean workplace.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Perform miscellaneous or additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
- The individual may be required to stand or walk for the majority of the shift and perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing stairs, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling 50 pounds or more.
- The work environment may involve moderate to high noise levels and take place both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying conditions such as crowds, temperature changes, dust, and machinery common to a warehouse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- 1-2 years of experience or previous airport, baggage handling, warehouse, or porter experience preferred.
