About the Role
Consulting clients on the implementation of the PROMOS Workflow Solution (easysquare workflow) within the SAP environment for commercial real estate management, including processes like tenant changes, terminations, and rentals.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the implementation of the PROMOS Workflow Solution (easysquare workflow) in the SAP environment for commercial real estate management.
- Working in interdisciplinary teams with developers and consultants from various specialist areas.
- Structuring problems: analytical development, creative solutions, and clear presentation.
- Conducting engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Supporting key users in the context of the support process (Second Level Support).
- Partial or full project management and implementation of PROMOS Workflow Solutions.
- Holistic project work from requirements gathering, process modeling, client consultation, implementation in the PROMOS Workflow Solution, testing, documentation, and go-live support.
Requirements
- High IT affinity and a good understanding of complex contexts and processes.
- Interest in technology trends and a desire for continuous learning.
- Proficiency in German to ensure smooth communication with German-speaking clients.
- Team player with an emphasis on a respectful working environment.
