About the Role

As a communication consultant, you will provide comprehensive advisory and support to clients in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. You will manage and independently execute projects, developing and implementing communication strategies, tools, and materials. This includes planning and conducting events, analyzing stakeholders and topics, and preparing complex subjects for various audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic communicative consulting and support for clients in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Taking over and independently implementing overall or partial projects.
  • Developing and implementing communicative approaches and recommendations.
  • Developing and implementing communication tools and materials.
  • Planning, preparing, and conducting (dialogue) events.
  • Developing and implementing stakeholder and topic analyses.
  • Developing and editorially preparing complex topics.
  • Coordinating external service providers and freelancers.
  • Independent content and organizational client management in sub-projects, controlling, and project management.
  • Professional use of navos co-intelligence.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree and at least three years of professional experience in PR, (political) communication, or journalism.
  • Experience in project management (e.g., stakeholder dialogues).
  • Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector is desirable.
  • Good knowledge and expertise in communication conception and strategy development, as well as stakeholder communication.
  • An open demeanor, a convincing, confident presence, and an eye for our clients' needs.
  • Decisiveness, a structured, solution-oriented approach, and experience in coordinating and leading small teams.
  • A feel for the requirements of different target groups (editorial offices, citizens, public interest representatives, political representatives, etc.) and cross-media formats from print to social media.
  • Textual proficiency and very good oral communication skills (German and English).
  • Experience in the conception, planning, and execution of events.
  • Willingness to travel, ideally a driver's license class B.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and finding meaningful use cases to tangibly increase quality and efficiency.
