About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will lead recruitment activities across Japan, attracting and hiring top talent for various positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to drive strategic recruitment initiatives, deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience, and implement innovative hiring strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire recruitment process (full-cycle recruiting) for assigned regions, ensuring swift and efficient hiring aligned with organizational needs and plans.
- Build direct sourcing and talent pipelines of high-caliber individuals using social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking.
- Effectively communicate company culture, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and business growth strategies to provide a consistently superior candidate experience.
- Propose and implement innovative recruitment methods and initiatives that drive business results and promote continuous process improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR leaders, and senior leaders, to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as search firms, staffing vendors, and industry networks to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Drive the creation of diverse talent pipelines and promote fair and equitable hiring practices to support an inclusive corporate culture.
- Lead various projects, including the evaluation and implementation of talent acquisition best practices.
- Utilize recruiting metrics to visualize performance and productivity, demonstrating value to the business and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct training for HR and hiring managers on best practices, recruitment tools, and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) utilization.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members, fostering a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house, staffing agency, RPO, etc.). Experience with high-volume hiring or in an international environment is a plus.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, networking, and candidate assessment.
- Experience utilizing competency-based interviews and other assessment methods.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as SAP SuccessFactors, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and align hiring decisions with business needs.
- Experience working with global teams in a remote environment or in a matrix organization is preferred.
- Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
