About the Role
Join our success story and create unique experiences for our customers. We are looking for a Salesperson / Fashion Advisor / Junior Fashion Advisor (m/f/d) for our CHANEL Shoe Boutique at KaDeWe Berlin, starting as soon as possible, in full-time, spread over 4 days, initially limited.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and develop personal customer relationships with empathy and passion.
- Create exceptional customer experiences through individual advice and styling expertise.
- Sell our exclusive shoe collections in accordance with CHANEL Guidelines.
- Optimize the client experience using digital tools.
- Contribute to team success by taking on personal areas of responsibility.
- Actively participate in exclusive customer events.
Requirements
- Successfully completed training, studies, or relevant experience in a comparable position.
- Sales talent and a feel for customer wishes.
- Good German and English skills; further foreign languages are an advantage.
