Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse pediatric caseload to expand clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for guidance in complex cases.
- Participate in international and local therapeutic mission opportunities.
- Engage in quarterly community service initiatives.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.
- 1+ year pediatric experience preferred.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- Passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
- Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to innovate in healthcare.

Work Type
- Flexible schedule (could work 4 10's, traditional schedule, etc.)
- Every Day In-Clinic
- Hybrid - working 1 day remotely (Thursday or Friday) and other days in-clinic
Experience Level
- 1+ year pediatric experience preferred
Salary/Compensations
- $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience
