Responsibilities

- Take full accountability for student academic outcomes and classroom culture.
- Act as a team player and uphold Pharos Academy’s core values and educational viewpoint.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field of study.
- Understanding of Mathematics and/or ELA instructional tactics related to the grade band.
- Strong love and commitment to helping students work through mistakes while building pro-social and academic skills.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an academic or youth development setting.
- Proven track record of achievement in the classroom for experienced teachers.
