About the Role
The company is the market-leading AI voice agent for mortgage lenders, poised at the brink of disruption in the phone sales industry. This is a unique opportunity to be at the cutting edge of AI-driven economic transformation and build essential AI infrastructure for high consideration consumer sales.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into highly scalable and maintainable software architecture in collaboration with the product team.
- Utilize AI coding agents and internal tooling to deliver new features and enhance existing code.
- Take end-to-end ownership of core software components, including architecture, implementation, and production reliability.
- Manage components such as simulation and evaluation systems, A/B testing frameworks, SMS capabilities, voice orchestration, phone number management, outbound strategy, call scheduling, agent orchestration, agent management, and security/privacy services.
Requirements
- Possess a deep understanding of common software design patterns and best practices.
- Demonstrate experience using AI coding tools or agents to ship maintainable, clean code.
- Exhibit excellent technical communication skills.
- Have a proven track record of owning and delivering major product features.
- Possess expert knowledge of at least one major programming language.
- Have experience in high-growth startups, ideally at Seed through Series B.
