About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) for the construction of our teams, to start as soon as possible in permanent employment. Grow with us and apply as a Construction Manager/Foreman for innovative modular construction projects!

Responsibilities

Construction management, work preparation, monitoring and results control, as well as ensuring the economical, professional, and timely completion of our construction sites in the greater Berlin/Brandenburg area.
Management of colleagues, equipment and material deployment, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as communication with the client, participation in construction meetings, and internal reporting.
Supervision and coordination of the construction site and external personnel.
Ensuring compliance with internal and overarching specifications (quality management) and guidelines (HSEQ / occupational safety).
Competent contact person for our clients, suppliers, authorities, and internal/external colleagues.
Execution of construction projects and ensuring project documentation.
Planning of work processes and organization of the construction site.
Close cooperation with project managers and subcontractors.

Requirements

Relevant training/studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a subject-specific degree (e.g., Technician (m/f/d)) with a focus on structural engineering or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience (at least 5 years).
Completed studies in construction economics or industrial engineering or comparable qualifications and professional experience.
Very good knowledge of construction and construction contract law as well as the award and contract regulations for construction services (VOB).
Training/degree including recognition in Germany.
Professional experience as a Construction Manager (m/f/d), in a coordinating role, or the self-confidence to grow into this role.
Mobile, flexible, and willing to travel; residing in the greater Brandenburg/Berlin area is an advantage.
Good MS Office skills and driver's license class B.
Independent and committed work style, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork and achieving project goals together.
