About the Role
We are seeking a Planner/Specialist Planner for Building Services Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) for our location in Fürstenwalde, for permanent employment and full-time.
Responsibilities
- Independent project management in electrical engineering within building services (TGA) for our diverse modular construction projects in the greater Berlin/Brandenburg area.
- Specialist planning of power and low-voltage systems in all HOAI service phases.
- Coordination and communication with clients, architects, and other trades.
- Creation of specifications, technical calculations, and plans.
- Monitoring of quality, deadlines, and costs during execution.
- Management of external planning and execution partners.
- Support during commissioning and acceptance of systems.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Building or Utility Engineering, or comparable qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman with professional experience).
- Several years of experience in planning or managing TGA projects, with a focus on electrical engineering.
- Proficient in relevant standards and regulations (DIN, VDE, HOAI).
- Knowledge of common CAD and planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is desirable.
- Mobile, flexible, and willing to travel; residing in the greater Brandenburg/Berlin area is an advantage.
