About the Role
You want to implement digitalization in healthcare within EPIC. At diva-e Conclusion, we offer targeted training and support you through to EPIC certification. You will work with clients to build practical EPIC workflows from clinical requirements, covering conception, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clinical and administrative processes and translate them into comprehensive EPIC workflows.
- Gather requirements, structure them, and develop technical concepts and implementable EPIC solutions.
- Support the design, configuration, and documentation of EPIC workflows.
- Oversee testing, training, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring workflows function in daily clinical practice.
- Collaborate closely with clients, departments, users, and technical teams, taking ownership of work packages or sub-projects based on experience.
Requirements
- Practical experience in a hospital setting, healthcare, clinical or medical process management, or a similar role.
- Experience with a KIS or HIS (Hospital Information System) or an EHR or EMR system. EPIC experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to understand clinical requirements, document them structurally, and translate them into process models, workflow specifications, or system concepts.
- Analytical, meticulous, and quality-conscious work approach with a good understanding of the interplay between clinical processes and digital systems.
- Confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for EPIC onboarding and system implementations.
