About the Role

Act as a brand ambassador for La Prairie, a Swiss luxury brand, leading by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results. Drive performance, maintain high service standards, and ensure the counter reflects the brand's prestige.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in all aspects of La Prairie service, consistently meeting personal sales goals.
  • Support the business with planning and ensure fluid communication and follow-up across the team in the absence of the Business Manager.
  • Skillfully combine the Art of Beauty and selling skills in the beauty room to achieve KPIs, supporting other therapists.
  • Act with initiative, identify opportunities, and act on them.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of the EPOS System for customer records.
  • Fully contribute to all internal and external events, promoting best-in-class service with a strong return.
  • Follow through energetically with events and achieve goals.
  • Complete all required administration accurately and on time.
  • Be approachable and build relationships with others.
  • Demonstrate ability to listen and communicate both verbally and written.
  • Stay informed about current and new business initiatives and provide feedback to your Business Manager.
  • Possess persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Act as the Aurora CRM lead within the team, cascading CRM campaigns and priorities to Beauty Advisors.
  • Support and coach the team in the effective day-to-day use of Aurora to build client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Share CRM best practices and encourage consistent, accurate client data capture and follow-up.
  • Monitor CRM engagement within the team and provide guidance to improve adoption and performance.
  • Use Aurora insights to support clienteling, event planning, and targeted customer outreach.
  • Present the counter to brand expectation standards, ensuring it is well-maintained.
  • Ensure the beauty room is maintained to a luxury standard, working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines.
  • Ensure the counter is fully stocked and all products are stored by category and shade sequence.

Requirements

  • Experience of providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
  • Client-focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.
  • Polished, approachable, and friendly communication skills.
  • Dedicated to achieving/exceeding KPIs.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
