TELUS Health is seeking a clinician to provide critical incident support through onsite, virtual, or tele support to organizations impacted by critical incidents or significant change. This role involves delivering psychological first aid, trauma-informed brief interventions, psycho-education sessions, and individual interventions, offering a dynamic and impactful experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical excellence in the delivery of critical incident support.
  • Deliver onsite, virtual, or tele support to organizations impacted by critical incidents or significant change.
  • Deliver psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions.
  • Conduct psycho-education sessions and individual interventions.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
  • Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW).
  • Minimum three (3) years post-graduate experience.
  • Ability to clinically manage client risk.
  • Ability to work within a trauma-informed framework.
  • Driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic and proactive with organization stakeholders.
  • Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
