About the Role
Big O Tires is seeking an experienced and hardworking Tire Technician to service and maintain tires and wheels accurately and efficiently. We provide a supportive, family-oriented work environment with benefits, profit sharing, and paid time off to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire care including mounting, dismounting, repairing, rotating, and installing new wheels.
- Conduct fluid services and exchanges.
- Perform oil changes, flushes, and other maintenance tasks.
- Calibrate Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
- Stock inventory.
- Test and install batteries.
- Test-drive vehicles post-maintenance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Experience with mounting, balancing, and repairing tires.
- Ability to perform oil changes and fluid exchanges on autos and light trucks.
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background check.
