About the Role

As an Associate in Government Tech & AI Deployment, you will work directly with clients to understand use cases, implement solutions, and support them through to operational use. You will also be involved in consulting projects, assisting clients with project management, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement AI, Cloud, and GovTech solutions for specific use cases in public administration.
• Work primarily on AWS and Google Cloud, utilizing services like Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Storage, Serverless Functions, IAM, and integrating with existing systems.
• Build prototypes and demos to showcase possibilities to business departments, and test/optimize with users and technology partners.
• Support solutions from initial configuration through piloting to regular operation.
• Collaborate closely with business departments, IT, data protection, and technology partners.
• Enable users and administrators to independently use and operate the solutions.
• Realize consulting projects for clients, including governments, tech companies, and startups/scaleups focused on GovTech.
• Design customized resources and gather relevant data and information.
• Provide feedback from implementation back into the development and positioning of Possible's service offering.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, tech, startups, or the public sector, with a focus on technology, innovation, and/or administration.
• Good technical understanding of APIs, data flows, system integration, and authorization concepts.
• Hands-on mentality: configure, test, and optimize solutions independently.
• Excellent ability to communicate findings attractively in written form or via slides.
• Enjoy working with demanding stakeholders.
• Relevant university degree.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn are mandatory.
