About the Role

This role leads a niche, high-caliber team of three to drive the Group's management reporting suite for the Board, Private Equity Shareholders, and Lenders. The focus is on improving governance, control, messaging, and timeliness of reporting, while centralizing query responses. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with c-suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly results, including preparing the board results deck, owning proforma results reporting, and producing capital structure and liquidity reporting.
  • Oversee the production of monthly segment results and the executive summary.
  • Oversee Group's monthly synergy reporting and prepare synergy metrics.
  • Prepare quarterly lender decks with commentary and address lender advisor questions.
  • Manage the Group's Bonus Scorecard for the Compensation Committee.
  • Provide timely, summarized answers to private equity shareholder and lender queries.
  • Act as a key contact for quality of earnings reviews managed by consulting firms.
  • Run ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Group Head of FP&A related to c-suite queries.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to improve the reporting suite in Workday, the group’s new ERP system.
  • Increase the use of Power BI dashboards.
  • Drive standardization of reports across various systems using standard hierarchies.
  • Be a team player within FP&A to collectively win as a team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years Post Qualification experience.
  • Demonstrable Team Player in a Global Team.
  • Build excellent working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Motivate and empower team members by building their capabilities.
  • Ensure reporting deliverables are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Encourage a healthy working environment for the team.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Good communication and writing skills to support commentary for senior executives
  • Strong technical skills and experience working with large data sets
  • Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning (group management reporting system) an added advantage
