About the Role
As an AI Product Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision and delivery of AI-driven workflow and insights products within Nasdaq's IR Intelligence division. You will thrive in this position if you are collaborative, intellectually curious, and bring a genuine passion for turning emerging AI capabilities into real-world product experiences for global financial technology clients.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for AI-powered intelligence products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving market needs.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery — from user research and proof-of-concept through to release — ensuring quality, documentation, and user adoption.
- Partner with UX designers and engineering teams to design intuitive, AI-first solutions that address real user needs at scale.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.
- Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather insights, champion AI adoption, and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in agile product management, ideally within B2B enterprise SaaS and financial markets.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering AI and data solutions to end users.
- Strong ability to translate complex user requirements into actionable product strategies.
- Clear communicator with experience working in collaborative, matrixed, global environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
