About the Role
Provide excellent customer service and delicious treats to customers at North Star Café. Craft the perfect cup and offer a personalized experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve all products with friendly, individualized attention to each customer.
- Educate customers about premium coffees and products.
- Fulfill other duties necessary to provide the best customer service and represent North Star professionally.
Requirements
- Two years' experience as a barista or similar restaurant/customer service position.
- Supervision experience is a plus.
