About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, skilled, and passionate Bartender to join our vibrant four-floor venue with a stunning rooftop terrace. This role involves providing warm hospitality, crafting memorable food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an experience worth returning for.
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, including pints, cocktails, wines, spirits, and hot beverages.
- Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt to varying demands, supporting dining room service, rooftop operations, or event delivery.
- Manage stock rotation, safely change kegs, and accurately record wastage.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels, adhering to opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
- A passion for drinks, coffee, and hospitality.
- A positive and adaptable attitude, willing to take on various roles within the venue.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently, accurately, and calmly under pressure.
- High standards and pride in drink preparation and service.
- Previous bartending experience is required; experience in multi-floor or events-led venues is advantageous.
