About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will find and attract individuals to advance our Sales team. Your focus will be on filling Sales roles, from entry-level to leadership positions. You will proactively engage with suitable candidates, build robust talent networks, and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Find and attract individuals to advance the Sales team, focusing on filling Sales roles from entry-level to leadership.
  • Proactively engage with suitable candidates, build robust talent networks, and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Fill roles in editorial, marketing, tech/product, and finance.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process: from job postings and pre-selection to interviews, offer negotiations, contract coordination, and onboarding handover.
  • Make active sourcing a core part of recruiting: identify suitable profiles, personally and persuasively approach candidates, maintain networks, and continuously develop talent pools.
  • Test various sourcing channels and engagement strategies, evaluate their effectiveness, and ensure hard-to-fill Sales profiles are visible and accessible.
  • Advise hiring managers on requirement profiles, interview processes, selection decisions, and contract details.
  • Analyze the recruiting funnel: Time-to-Hire, Conversion Rates, and Drop-offs. Translate insights into concrete improvements and transparent reports for departments and management.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted employer branding for specific audiences like sales professionals, tech communities, campus recruiting, or industry events.
  • Ensure a compelling candidate experience throughout the entire journey: appreciative communication, prompt feedback, and a professional offer experience.
  • Manage external partners, job boards, and university collaborations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with AGG and GDPR and continuously improve recruiting processes in Personio.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a strong focus on Sales and commercial roles.
  • Proven success in active sourcing and filling junior, working student, senior, and leadership positions.
  • Understanding of what makes strong Sales profiles and the ability to attract candidates with precise, personal outreach.
  • Experience in recruiting for media companies is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the management level.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with Personio is helpful.
  • Very good German language skills at C1/C2 level and good English language skills from B2.
  • Organizational talent, clear prioritization, and a strong hands-on mentality.
  • Enjoy actively shaping recruiting in a dynamic media environment.
