About the Role
Our project JumBo aims to support young adults facing social or psychological difficulties through creative projects, fostering self-efficacy and integration.
Responsibilities
- Psychological anamnesis, care planning, and case discussions
- Individual counseling
- Basic care, information, and counseling, personal support, and crisis intervention
- Referral counseling and network work regarding external therapy services
- Psychosocial personality and behavior training
Requirements
- Empathy and professionalism when contacting young adults in difficult life situations
- Value neutrality and reliability
- Motivational skills and ability for self-motivation
- Flexibility and willingness to shape
- Willingness for close collaboration with network partners, authorities, and agencies
- Intercultural competencies and sensitivity in dealing with young adults with a migration background
Work Type
- Part-time (10 hours per week)

Education Level
- Psychology degree (Diploma, Master)
- Alternatively, other degree programs (Diploma, Bachelor, Master, or Magister Artium) with a focus on psychology or psychotherapy, plus further training as a social therapist or child and adolescent therapist, with at least one year of experience with the target group.
Salary/Compensations
- Salary band refers to a full-time position (39 hours)
