About the Role

As a Talent Partner (Data), you will play a critical role in our mission to revolutionise drug discovery through AI by building world-class teams, shaping our future, fostering an inclusive culture, driving organisational growth, and enhancing our employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior Data leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
- Source and engage passive candidates to build robust pipelines.
- Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving technical, engineering, and recruitment landscape.
- Utilise data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies, track progress, and drive successful outcomes.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey from initial application to offer negotiation.
- Employ sophisticated sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Collaborate closely with People Partners, Technical Program Managers, and hiring teams.
- Take ownership of and contribute to various talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, events and conferences, interview training, and reporting.
Requirements
- Depth of experience as an internal talent partner hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, and Bioinformaticians within a high-pace tech company.
- Experience in the organization and launch of candidate searches.
- Experience utilizing all applicable resources to build initial lists of potential candidates.
- Experience conducting in-depth research and providing guidance on hiring strategies in partnership with managers.
- Experience working closely with technical stakeholders in all Data departments.
- Experience managing highly sought-after candidates through robust and thorough interview processes.
- Experience building strong relationships with hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing expectations and providing insights for wider cross-functional reporting.
- Experience as a problem solver collecting and interpreting data.
- Experience identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
- Experience seeking out responsibilities beyond the job description.
- Experience evolving and improving processes across the whole recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
