About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 1st Assistant Director for the TV show "Das große Backen" to plan and coordinate filming. The role requires an organized and communicative individual with experience in TV shows or daily productions and a good understanding of production processes. This position involves managing production workflows, scheduling, coordinating with cast and crew, and supporting the production management. The role is fixed-term until February 28, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support production management in planning and executing filming.
- Create shooting and production schedules, as well as daily and overall call sheets.
- Organize and coordinate production processes in close collaboration with internal and external departments.
- Coordinate schedules with cast, participants, and team members.
- Assist with budget control, cost monitoring, and invoice verification in coordination with production management.
- Ensure safety and production standards.
Requirements
- Experience as a 1st Assistant Director, ideally in TV shows or daily productions.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Organizational talent and high resilience.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
- Good knowledge of common production processes.
- Confident and communicative demeanor, empathy, stress resistance, and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic situations.
