About the Role
This role involves handling legal tasks across various company legal fields, focusing on procurement and corporate law. Responsibilities include legal analysis, providing legal advice, and structuring legal relationships. You will provide legal support for tender processes according to procurement law, manage the NDA process, review export matters, and assist management with contract negotiations. Additionally, you will advise departments and committees on legal issues, coordinate with external legal service providers, and offer recommendations considering risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Processing tasks from various legal fields within our company, with a focus on procurement and corporate law.
- Examining legal questions, providing legal advice, and structuring legal relationships.
- Providing legal support for tender processes according to procurement law.
- Managing our NDA process and reviewing export matters.
- Supporting management in contract negotiations.
- Advising departments and committees on legal issues.
- Coordinating with legal service providers when necessary.
- Providing recommendations for action, considering risk assessments.
Requirements
- Completed a law degree with at least a Master's degree (e.g., LL.M.).
- Systematic understanding of corporate and ideally procurement law, applied for at least 3 years in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and explaining complex legal contexts to specialist departments.
- Ability to find goal-oriented solutions for complex tasks and processes and provide pragmatic recommendations.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is advantageous.
- Fluent German and at least very good English language skills.
