About the Role
You will be entrusted with carrying out various electrical, functional, and environmental tests on satellite systems. This includes handling various assembled subsystems and parts of subsystems, connecting them to test equipment, performing the test, and being responsible for test documentation. Setting up and managing the required test equipment and resources also falls within your area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Soldering of cable harnesses and PCBs for test purposes
- Performing functional tests on devices
- Coordinating test and validation tasks, as well as writing test reports
- Testing the functionality of systems, subsystems, and parts under specific environmental conditions
- Operating electrical and automated test equipment
- Comparing results with specifications, recording test data, and graphically representing test results
Requirements
- Technician degree with engineering fundamentals (focus on mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar) or corresponding professional experience in this field
- Experience with design, circuit diagrams, and technical features of electronic products
- Experience in electrical assembly and programming is a plus
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Methodical and structured work approach
- Good English skills and enthusiasm for new technologies and working in a dynamic team
