About the Role
Lead, innovate, and inspire in a unique hospitality environment. We are seeking a passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee a large-scale catering and hospitality operation at Northwood HQ, influencing strategic offerings and delivering outstanding service standards within a prestigious Government Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all food and beverage operations to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Manage budgets, food costs, labour expenditure, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Shape and deliver an exciting food and beverage vision across the operation.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and brand standards.
- Recruit, lead, and develop Front of House, Food & Beverage, and culinary teams.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive working environment.
- Build succession plans and support future talent development.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen, HACCP, and health & safety requirements.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior hospitality leadership role.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Excellent people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
- Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
