About the Role
This role provides hands-on support for the first-line non-financial risk (NFR) and operational resilience framework within LCH Ltd Operations. It also contributes to core business management activities, focusing on supporting delivery and coordination across risk and business management processes. The role translates frameworks, expectations, and data into practical outputs and combines hands-on delivery with exposure to operational risk and business management.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance operational risk and control documentation across Operations teams.
- Assist with control assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and support remediation activities.
- Assist with the monitoring of incidents, key risk indicators (KRIs), issues and actions, providing challenge and follow-up to support timely resolution.
- Support lessons learned reviews and contribute to the identification of sustainable risk and resilience improvements.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of management information and insights for governance forums and collaborator reporting.
- Assist with the awareness and consistent application of non-financial risk and operational resilience standards across Operations.
- Assist with budgeting and headcount reporting.
- Assist with the production and analysis of management information, dashboards and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Find opportunities to improve processes, enhance data quality and drive greater consistency across reporting and governance activities.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials and management updates for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Support preparation of materials for senior stakeholder meetings.

- Exposure to risk, governance or business management activities
