About the Role
BSI Merch & Artist Services operates official D2C Shopify stores for major artists, managing approximately 200 client stores. This role is responsible for owning and managing these key client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UK and EU key clients.
- Manage client briefs, store setup, and configuration.
- Oversee product ingestion and warehouse readiness.
- Execute presales and No Purchase Necessary campaigns.
- Advise on chart eligibility.
- Ensure customer service teams are informed of upcoming activities.
- Coordinate with store design, product ingestion, warehouse, and customer service teams.
- Own the overall outcome of client store operations.
Requirements
- Hands-on Shopify experience.
- Working knowledge of Official Charts Company and Billboard chart reporting rules.
- Practical understanding of inventory and fulfillment processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple stores and launches.
- Experience in music, merchandise, label, or artist management is beneficial.
- A passion for live music is a plus.
