About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Supporting project governance, planning, procurement, risk management and reporting.
  • Coordinating internal and external project teams, consultants and contractors.
  • Monitoring project programmes, budgets and key deliverables.
  • Preparing project documentation, reports and client presentations.
  • Assisting with contract administration and change management processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identifying opportunities to add value and contribute to business growth.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with quality, commercial and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification (recently achieved or within the last 12 / 24 months).
  • Experience within a consultancy, property, construction or project management environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a desire to continuously learn and develop.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential. Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
