About the Role

This role owns customer relationships, technical discovery, launch management, and ongoing account success for enterprise clients in the ANZ region. Responsibilities

  • Run discovery with the customer's engineering and operations teams.
  • Define the integration approach, configure demonstrations and pilots.
  • Resolve questions on architecture, data, and scale before contract.
  • Own implementations for your accounts: requirements, configuration, integration, cutover, operator training, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Coordinate customer stakeholders and Nash's central engineering and specialist teams.
  • Remain accountable for delivery performance until the operation runs without intervention.
  • Build durable relationships across your accounts, from operators to executives.
  • Run the operating rhythm: business reviews, success plans, escalation paths.
  • Track adoption, delivery performance, and platform health.
  • Identify underused features, underperforming areas, and future workstreams.
  • Represent your customers inside Nash.
  • Identify recurring gaps and regional patterns in customer needs.
  • Translate account knowledge into specific, prioritized product requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product roles in SaaS or logistics.
  • Managed large, complex customer relationships with commercial outcomes attached (renewals, renegotiations, expansions, or major implementations).
  • Technically capable of running the design half of the role.
  • Able to lead discovery with an engineering team.
  • Able to define an integration approach.
  • Able to write basic SQL.
  • Able to troubleshoot a configuration issue before escalating.
  • Comfortable in the technical detail.
  • Understand delivery operations, including factors affecting completion rate, cost per order, and ETA accuracy.
  • Communicate quickly, clearly, and concisely.
  • Comfortable with both engineering teams and C-suite executives.
  • Handle ambiguity well.
